Good morning! I am hoping someone can help shed some light on a variety of issues I've been experiencing with my Versa 2. My device is a little under 6 months old and I have only had some minor connectivity issues until about 3 days ago. I noticed I hadn't received notifications on my watch for a while only to discover my versa 2 had turned itself off. I didn't think much of it at the time and just turned the unit back on. I noticed that several hours later the unit had again turned itself off. I went troubleshooting through the forums and resorted to performing a factory reset at the advice of others. That turned into a nightmare as the watch itself wouldn't remain powered on through the process. It finally turned on long enough to update and everything seemed to be working normal until I woke up this morning to the watch off again. However, that is when I noticed the battery had drained to about roughly 20% from 80% at the time of the last sync. I attempted to perform another factory reset on the watch to see if that would remedy my problem (battery was charged to 99%), and now it won't turn on at all. What should I do from here?

Can I get a mod response at the very least? I'm sitting on a paperweight and I refuse to pay for another month of premium for this level of service.
