Hi I am hoping someone can help. I'm trying to connect notifications to fitbit versa 2 from an honor 20 android phone but on the fitbit app it keeps saying disabled and to restart device to connect and recieve notifications from phone to watch. I have restarted phone and watch multiple times with no joy!

Hi there @CiaraL, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconveniences you've been having to receive notifications on your Versa 2 from your Honor 20. I appreciate you've already taken the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here.

Would you mind letting me know if you get any error message either on your watch or Fitbit app? If so, what it does say? Is it “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”? If so, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
