Hey! I got a versa 2 for Christmas and I love it but I’m having trouble getting text notifications.. I receive calls but not texts so I’m confused on why? I’ve tried everything. All notifications are on in settings and I’ve reset my Fitbit a few times as well. Do not disturb or sleep mode is not on either so I don’t know why I’m not getting them... I’ve read many articles trying to help and done everything they’ve said to do and nothing works. Help!

@mary000, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't receive text notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
