Versa 2 won't respond

I have done everything i can, my watch face won't respond.  I tried to contact fitbit, but they are currently unavailable to respond to me, despite my repeated attempts to get ahold of them.  How do I request to have a new versa 2 sent to me?

I have tried everything to reset this watch, but the face won't respond!  And I have tried to get a hold of fitbit for guidance and keep getting the message that they are unavailable! How do I get a new device?
