Versa 2 won't respond

The watch shows "connecting" and the stopwatch is running. But, it's been doing that for over 2 hours and will not respond to any touch of the button or swiping. 

 

Please, suggest how to fix this, and thank you.

Hi there @tidal, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa 2's behavior, I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your watch as follows:

  1. Hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let me know if the screen is still stuck after the restart. I'll be around, keep me posted.
