Versa 2 issues

Hi guys, I've had my versa for about a month and have had so many problems I can't find fixes for. Here are some of them:

1. Inaccurate heart rate monitor (Reading at 182 bpm while I'm laying down doing nothing)

2. Inaccurate step counter. (Apparently walking from one side of my room and back to the bed is 300 steps.)

3. Inability to sync fitbit to myfitnesspal despite doing all the troubleshooting steps.

4. Screen on using motion doesn't always work and I have to manually press the button.

 

I am really unimpressed with all this, and I'm on the verge of sending it back if I can't get a fix for it, any advice?

Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
