My versa 2 gets stuck on screens, the side button doesn't work, and it's not tracking my sleep correctly. It won't even reset with fitbits instructions on resetting. PLEASE HELP!

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since the restart hasn't worked, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding your sleep data, if you are not receiving sleep stages, I recommend considering the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Are you able to get to settings on the watch and do About and then Shutdown?

Also if it is syncing ok, consider changing the selected clock face in case the current one is blocking things..

Putting it on the charger or pushing the button should wake it, but it is a risk it might not.
