Versa 2 won’t restart

Versa 2 is full charged. Screen is stuck on offline mode. Then is just black screen. When I try to restart by holding button for 1+ minute the Fitbit logo never appears, I tried to change clock face on app but nothing seems to work to restart.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Boony24 - unfortunately it would seem the watch has developed a screen fault, if it is still syncing with the app. If still under warranty it can be replaced.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
