Versa 2 screen won't swipe down

My versa 2 will not swipe down for me to see messages. I can swipe to the left and right and up but it will not swipe down. I have restarted my Fitbit and made sure it was updated and synced. Still nothing.

Hi there, @Melknig. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have the same issue. My screen won't swipe down. I have restarted my fitbit versa 2 and also changesld my clock face.
