Versa 2 won’t send me notifications from my iPhone

Hi Carrie,

 

I’ve had the same issue for the last couple of months. After checking all the normal stuff such as notifications enabled on my iPhone 11 and the Fitbit app, Bluetooth etc - it still wouldn’t work.  So today I’ve uninstalled the app and did the full factory reset on the Versa 2 it is now working as normal again, hopefully the same will work for you
