I received a Versa 2 for Father's day and I cannot get it to sync/connect with my Galaxy S7 nor my Note 5. While I know that these are older devices they are both listed as compatible...I receive the same message on both that the Versa 2 cannot connect (although it is viable in Bluetooth on both devices). I have restarted both devices and the Versa 2 with no luck..I would really like to use this product. Any advice?

@Captsandbar Sorry but need a bit more information about what you have tried. Can you walk through the steps? Thanks

Hi there @Captsandbar, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't connecting to your mobile devices. Thanks for letting us know that both of your phones are included in our list of supported devices.

Best AnswerThank you for replying wtksk8r. I removed from the packaging and let charge all night. Then downloaded the app (first to the S7 as it is newer). Set up a fitbit account, then clicked on 'Set up a Device' the app asked to turn on Bluetooth and I kept getting a screen that told me to check to make sure that my device was on and charging as it could not be located. I reset both the Versa 2 and the S7 and tried again several times and kept receiving the same error message. I then tried the same steps above with my Note 5 and it has now connected to the Versa 2 but stated that I needed to run an update...I successfully linked to my wireless connection and the update started but within 30 seconds the Versa disconnected from the wireless and I am now waiting for the update to complete via the Bluetooth link with the Note 5...so it may be working itself out. Fingers crossed
