I'm trying to set up my fitbit versa 2 on my smartphone and I have downloaded the app but when I try to set up my device it tells me to charge it and I put on charge and it won't get past that bit. Just keeps saying try again but it is charging. This is my first time using a Fitbit and I have no idea what I am doing
