Versa 2 won't set up

I have been trying to download music to the personal music app but my computer couldn't find it. I have this issue regularly so I tried to restart my Fitbit by holding down this left button but it didn't work. The button still works though.

I restarted it but still, it couldn't find it so I removed the device and tried to set it up again. Now it can't find the watch at all and I have tried it on multiple devices. Please help

Hi @needshelpwithac  - can you restart the Versa 2 using Shutdown through the watch Settings About menu?

 

Remove the Bluetooth entry from your phone and turn off any other Bluetooth devices.

 

Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the cache and force stop it, if you can, turn off Bluetooth and turn off the phone.

 

After a few minutes start the phone and turn on Bluetooth.

 

Then try to setup your watch again with " + Set up a Device".
