Versa 2 won't show my steps on the main screen

The steps on my versa2 show up if I scroll down and show up on my app but do not show up on my clock face.  I’ve reset my watch multiple times and changed clock faces multiple times but nothing.  I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, nothing.  Not sure what else to try.

Hi @lucdef01 - this could be your Quick Settings - long press the button to check [or swipe face down once and then again and click on the 2 white bars].

Make sure that Always On is off, bottom left and Wrist wake is on, bottom right, and that Do not disturb and Sleep are off, top 2.

Hi there, @lucdef01. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

As @Guy_ has suggested, please check if your Versa 2 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your Versa 2 to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
