Versa 2 won't show notifications

Ever since I received my replacement Versa 2, my previous one froze, I have not been able to receive any notifications. I have removed app, re-installed it, removed all blue tooth, but still nothing. I do get 1 call notification when I do a phone restart then none until I restart again.As we are not allowed phones on our office desk I was bought this to let me know if anyone called or texted. Bar Fitbit side, I only use for alarm and to tell time. Anyone got any ideas?
