My 6 month old Versa 2 went dead 12 hours ago.
I have tried everything; restart won’t work, charged it for hours, changed the charger, the outlet, the usb..
It’s not responsive.
Note: Few hours ago, while attempting to restart, I saw the fitbit logo for a split of a second and went black again

I fitbit went off and won't turn back on many times. This time it went out and it been two weeks it won't come back on. I've tried everything from changing charger, and it won't work. Help I paid too much to be going through this!!

I'm having the same issue with my Versa Lite. I've tried multiple times to restart it, download the app, and delete and restart the connection and it still won't link and now it won't even come up at all. I just get the fitbit icon and different languages telling me to download the app (which I've done several times) but it won't link , sync or even stay turned on even though the watch is fully charged. Please help!!!

Same story with my Versa 1 - since installing SpO2 clockface the battery was draining fast (2 days vs usual 4) and since charging to 100% battery last night, it won't turn on since around 10:30 this morning. When I hold the bottom and left buttons the blue FitBit symbol comes on but then it goes back to being off. Could it be a coincidence that the Versa 3 was released a couple of weeks ago.... ?

Currently having the same problem. I went to bed last night my Fitbit said 40% woke up this morning and the screen was black as if completely dead. I put it in the charger for the Fitbit logo for approximately 2-3 seconds then nothing again. I have tried multiple chargers outlets and usb. Won’t charge or do anything. Watch is only approximately 10 months old. How can I fix it. I depend on my watch daily and I baby it and take great care of it. I don’t wet it and or wear with without a protective cover ever. I’m an ER nurse and really depend on having a smart watch so I can tell time, keep track of/see when I get a message from both personal message and MDs, and also use the time for giving meds that need to be given over a specific time period. Please help.

I am having the same issue. Replaced this watch only 10 months ago. It was working fine this morning. It was abut 50% charged when I took it off to shower and put it on charger. When I returned about an hour later I noticed screen was black and I thought it hadn't charged. I put it back on charger and nothing happened. Nothing works on it. I tried pairing it and now I can't get pass the first step because it says to charge it which it won't.
So frustrated as this is a new watch.
