Versa 2 won't start

Last time my versa 2 syng to my phone was 75 days ago and now I charged it and it won't start. Tried doing a hard reboot and nothing. It looks like it keeps trying to restart but isn't able to. Is anyone having this problem or know how to fix it

I would like to recommend that you attempt doing a set up for your Versa 2. This should connect the device to your phone and maybe install a Versa 2 update. For a better understanding of how to perform the setup, kindly read this article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Lulusland. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit and let's work together to get it working again. Since you have already tried to reboot your device, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.

It has this screen then it goes blank
