ok so this is a weird issue that idek how to fix

i had my watch set to military time via a clockface's setting. i decided after a bit to switch back to 12 hour. it switched just fine.

fast forward to midnight of that day, it shows it in military time, and i thought my watch had somehow set itself back to military time.

i went into my account and made sure i selected 12 hour and i tried other clockfaces that didnt have a setting to switch between 12 and 24 hour.

fast forward to 1pm the next day, i realize it wasn't in military time anymore and i figured it resolved itself.

fast forward again to midnight, and it turns out that only the hour of 12am shows in military time.

any ideas as to how i can make that stop? lol

Hi there, @wastelandbaby. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already making sure you've set the correct clock format in the fitbit.com dashboard.

I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 12 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 24 hr format even when I have set my clock to 12 hrs. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, @wastelandbaby - have you restarted the phone and the watch?

Presumably you are not using the Always On clock?

What happens if you set the 24 hr clock in your profile and sync, does it work correctly?

If this is happening with a Fitbit clock face there may be an issue, otherwise it is an issue with the clock face being used.
