Versa 2 won't swipe and access the menu

Hi. Not sure if anyone is facing this issue but my versa 2 isn't functioning the way it should after updating.  I cannot access the menu from my Fitbit and many a times it doesn't even show time when button is pressed. Swipes on the watch don't work and Fitbit restarts automatically at times.

Please advise.

@Nive.pandit, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't swipe, access to the menu or show the time when pressing the button. 

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. In case the issue persists, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it the issues get fixed.

Thanks JuanJo for response.

However things didn't work out and i contacted customer support. They replaced my watch since issue wasn't resolved.
