Versa 2 won't swipe

My Versa 2 stopped swiping.  I tried restarting it but that didn't help.  Advice? I got it after Christmas so it's really new.

I am having the same problem, it does not recognize any swipe actions.  I have tried to restart but it doesn't help.  The only thing I see are steps and heart rate or the date, depending on how the watch feels that day.  The thing is, I do not have time to keep reading through these threads to fix all the issues.  I really need to return this watch.  Very disappointed.  It does make a nice watch that counts steps.
