Versa 2 won't switch on

My Versa 2 was stuck at Fitbit logo for a very long time, upon charging. I tried to troubleshot based on suggestions from Fitbit moderators, but now the watch doesn't even switch on anymore. Can someone help please?

Check the watch is fully charged - Have a look at the suggestion posted here

If you did a factory reset, it may have failed and can't be started again.

This describes restart the watch with the button

@SharanSonti Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In addition to the great information that shared @Guy_, I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, follow the steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that @Guy_ shared but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Good luck! The heart rate stopped working on my Versa 2. I contacted Customer Support and they walked me through a reset. It died in less than 1 day from the reset and was LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD. I suggest another brand smart watch. I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy.

@KayeDee I totally understand how you feel about the battery draining issue that your Versa 2 experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period.

Apparently not since Marrefitbit keeps removing my conversations with other users. Why is Marre so threatened by someone expressing dissatisfaction with the Versa 2 when so many others are experiencing the same or similar issue? If I were a moderator I would bring the Versa 2 issue to higher up to make sure the problem is fixed instead of feeling so threatened and censoring customers.
