Every time I charge my fitbit versa2, it will not sync the next day. This is extremely frustrating! I have to factory reset it EVERY TIME I charge it. I'm about ready to return it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. I follow all the suggestions to no avail. My regular versa never had this problem. I want and need the voice text response is the only reason I upgraded. I lose every challenge because I lose all my steps when I have to reset it. This is very frustrating
