I wasn't able to charge my versa and so the battery got down to 4%. Since then, I've been trying things to get it to sync to my Samsung galaxy s8+ for days now. It won't do it. I've even gone as far as uninstalling the fitbit app. I've had my versa 2 Special Edition for only a month and I don't think I should be having any issues with it, especially at the cost of the warch. How can I fix this?

Hi @1997kimiko , restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. If that does not solve your battery/syncing problem, contact Customer Support asap. this is not normal behaviour for a one month old Versa 2. regards kuzibri
