I recently was able to update to the latest firmware but now, just right after updating, I am unable to sync my Versa Lite. My phone synced before so I believe this is a problem with a firmware. Is anyone else having this problem? If so is there anything I can do?

@minefx, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped syncing your data.
I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'm not sure about the firmware thing, but I've had problems with my versa 2 since just before Christmas. It wont sync, it denies pair requests, my phone cant even find it as an available blue tooth device...I have tried everything listed on the website help forum, and every combination of things listed. I'm about ready to throw this thing out the window from the 8th floor of the hospital i work in. UGH!

I'm having nothing but problems with my Versa 2. Since just before Christmas, it wont sync, my phone cant even find it as a blue tooth device. It denies pair requests. there's no updates available. I've tried every combination of the help/troubleshooting topics listed. I'm thinking about chucking it out the top top story window of the hospital I work in.
