Hi there, @Lulu07. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

While reading your post, I was wondering the same as @Guy_. If you do have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account, please note low-power step sensors inside your phone track your steps and send the data to the Fitbit app. We recommend using MobileTrack if you forget your Fitbit device at home.

Note that adding more than one Fitbit device to your account gives you the convenience of switching between devices while still seeing a holistic view of your daily activity on your dashboard.

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Lulu07  - it may not be syncing properly. Logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone and sync again.

If you have MobileTrack installed try removing the device in the app, click profile photo to check if it's there near your Versa 2 photo.
