Hi
Ive not been able to sync my Versa 2 for a couple of days. I tried all the usual fixes but nothing worked so I removed it from my profile. I then went to add it back on and got com.fitbit.HTTP error 403 and now cant add it.
any ideas please?

@Leeshut72, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't sync and shows a "com.fitbit.HTTP" error message. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if it connects and syncs with your phone properly.

so after trying a load of the suggestions, I disconnected my phone from the Wi-Fi and the App allowed me to reinstall the Versa 2. Don’t know why but it worked!!
