Versa 2 quit syncing with phone. When I tried to reset it, it came back on with the wrong time. Every time I reset it, it changes the amount of time it’s wrong by. I have tried everything the help info says to do and nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi there, @CassRichelle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 2 is still not syncing nor showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Regarding the wrong time, it will be corrected once you manage to sync your Versa 2. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

This just happened to me yesterday as well and I still can't get it to sync to my phone. I've used everything that has been included in this community. Did anything work for you?

Mine too! Won't pair with Bluetooth, time wrong, since yesterday. Up until then, no problems. I've tried everything they recommended, but not pairing, wrong time!
