How can I synchronised my watch, it’s keeps saying it’s searching for data.
ive unloaded the app, re loaded again, on both my iPads, still won’t update.
so I can’t get the right time on my watch

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
Since your Versa 2 is not syncing, please try the steps below:
