Hi my Versa 3 battery life is shocking like most I’ve read by doing the fixes I’ve had to remove/ disable features that I want to have I charged it this morning to76% before work and after 7hr it was low!! Surely this isn’t right! The side button has also disabled and unless it’s synced it comes back then goes off again. I can’t tell you how many Fitbit devices I’ve had replaced(which I’m very grateful about) but surely they should last longer than they do?? Can anyone help please? The one I have is a replacement that’s not even a year old!?

Hi @SarahG52 - without using GPS and AOD and all features on you should get about 2 days between charges.
When a watch gets water inside or some internal damage it is less than that, there can be display and button problems.
However changing the clock face can sometimes help, and turning off the phone Bluetooth, try it for a few days.
You can always try a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before charging to restart it and charge it.
Or chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a long winded factory reset.

My versa 3 is also needing to be charged more regularly. It used to last a few days, now I'm lucky to get 2 days.
