my mom has an older Fitbit and I’ve compared to online, but quite not sure. There is writing on the bottom, but she doesn’t have a charger so I’m attaching a picture to see if anyone can help me.

Hello @bzullo and welcome to the Community.  Based on the orientation of the charging pins, it looks like a Gold Series Alta.  Check out this ad from Mercari  I think the gold jewelry band is an accessory and it came with a standard band.  This is an older model tracker, from 2016.  Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan., typically 3-5 years.  Current Alta and Alta HR users are experiencing  end of life battery failures. The only chargers available are third party chargers.  Based on its age, I don't think it's worth the effort to get a charger.  There's a good chance that the battery is dead.

The Versa has a square pebble.
