My versa 2 stopped syncing a few days ago. I have uninstalled the app on my phone, turned off/on the bluetooth, deleted the versa 2 from the app and last restored the versa 2.
Nothing is working and my phone won't connect to the device. I bought the Versa 2 December 2019.
Can anyone help? I have an android phone if that helps.

Hi @Kristinemb - as you have factory reset the watch it will need setting up again to be recognised. See if this useful watch setup process from @MarreFitbit will work for you.
