I cannot sync tried everything. Phone is compatible Get a code then a error message.Not been working for a week was working before. Green light on charger doesn’t come on when connecting?

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the above doesn't work and since you mentioned that you're getting a code and then an error message, I'd like you to please confirm that your Versa 2 is still paired to your Fitbit account. To do so, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image. If you no longer see your Versa 2 as a paired device, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
