Versa 2 won't sync anymore

I cannot sync tried everything. Phone is compatible Get a code then a error message.Not been working for a week was working before. Green light on charger doesn’t come on when connecting?

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above doesn't work and since you mentioned that you're getting a code and then an error message, I'd like you to please confirm that your Versa 2 is still paired to your Fitbit account. To do so, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image. If you no longer see your Versa 2 as a paired device, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I tried all the fixes. Fitbit asks to connect the tracker. I get the code.
After several attempts but continues to return an error message try again.
What am I missing?

@YoIngoa Thanks for getting back to me and for the update. I appreciate you for trying all the steps I recommended. 

In addition to what you've tried, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
