Versa 2 won't sync automatically on iOS

Versa 2, and I have the most recent version of the fitbit app on iOS.

If I open the app my watch will sync, but it won't automatically sync throughout the day like it used to on my Android phone. I keep seeing things online saying go to Account --> select your fitbit --> toggle "all day sync" to ON... but when I choose my Versa 2 from the account page, there is no "all day sync" toggle.

I see 5 icons - Amazon Alexa, Gallery, Media, Wallet, and How to Use.
Then my options below are:
Wrist
Notifications
Reminders to Move
Main Goal
Exercise Shortcuts
Quick View
Wi-Fi Settings
Sync Now
Device Lock
Remove this Versa 2.

No all-day sync option... just an option to manually sync.

Please help - it is super annoying that it doesn't automatically sync anymore.

I should add that it's particularly annoying because the Spotify app on the watch seems to require that it syncs with the Fitbit app first... so I can't just use my Spotify app on my watch, I have to go track down my phone, open the Fitbit app, wait for days of data to sync, and then finally I can use the app. Before, I could just click on the Spotify app on my watch and it would just work - because it could auto-sync.
