I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. It's hard to troubleshoot without more details, thus my only suggest at this point is for you to try restarting your Versa. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Hopefully that will clear up the issue and allow you to sync and track today.
