If we have all followed these steps, to no avail, what is Fitbit doing to address this? Are Versa 2 users being forced out? I do not want all the bells & whistles of newer devices. I do not even like the workout notifications being forced upon me mid-session, but cannot get those turned off, while still receiving mile notifications.

Please advise before I switch products entirely.

@Biancaforster Thank you so much for following the tips and recommendations I've provided.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Fitbit device first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Good day, I have tried everything and it is still not even picking up. Now the Bluetooth isn’t even picking up the watch. My phone does pick up other devices in the room but not the watch.

This is really frustrating. I'm very disappointed that my watch isn't synced since the update. Please advise what to do

Nothing is working. I even deleted the versa 2 and now it doesn't even want to connect to the watch at all.

I’ve just called customer support about same issue. App Not syncing to info on watch. They couldn’t help at all which is frustrating and have had to ‘escalate it ‘ I’m sure Google staff don’t use this Fitbit otherwise they would have known it’s functions and should be providing the go live support they should be answering the phones not Fitbit staff who can’t help.

worse is that we didn’t even have a choice. !!!
you can’t click and drag the tiles to amend your own dashboard.

my mother is 81 and hardly requires the menstrual tile !!!!!

I’ve got the same problem. Shows synced but not picking up what’s on the watch.

looks like Fitbit don’t care as they gone silent.

So I’ve just been told by a customer agent that as I’ve got a versa I will only see heart range whereas my daughter who has the luxe sees actual heart rate.

that’s not what we bought into when we bought hundreds of pounds worth of watches. Therefore You may want to think about your options as Fitbit don’t even have a formal complaints procedure. !

Having been told it was the model ie versa that is why I saw range and not actual unlike my daughter who sees actual heart rate. I’ve now been told by another agent we should all see the same no matter the model. ( head in hands in despair  !!)
