I set my new Versa 2 up yesterday and linked my One Touch   It synced Initially and worked exactly as described. Today I cannot get it to recognize my blood tests and I have done four today.  None have synced up with fitbit

Hi there, @Willsmom23. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I understand your concern and would like to confirm if you see the Blood Glucose tile in your Fitbit app? If not, please tap the Discover tab > Health & Fitness Stats >  Blood Glucose and complete onboarding. Please confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. Tap the Blood Glucose tile > Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Connected Devices & Apps.
  3. Tap OneTouch Reveal and agree to the consent.
  4. Log in to your OneTouch Reveal account using your OneTouch Reveal credentials. You can visit www.lifescan.com/contact-us to get help with your OneTouch app and your LifeScan glucose device.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. My issue is not that I don’t see my device. I do. And when I first set it up and connected to Fitbit it loaded my data from one touch. But I cannot get it to sync again. I have followed the instructions. One touch shows Fitbit is active. Fitbit shows one touch is. But no data is transferring
