I just got a versa 2 earlier this week. It worked for about 3 dsys and then stopped syncing and sending notifications. Please can LG X charge be added to the list of compatible devices?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting recommendations. Although sometimes they work as a temporary fix, my app goes back to not notifying and syncing within 24 hours.
I did contact customer service and was told to post here in the forums sincr my LG X Charge is not technically on the list of compatible devices even though it works sometimes. I hope this issue can be resolved without me having to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of days...
