Versa 2 won't sync with Strava and Spotify

I have had this watch for just over a week strava doesn't sync up spotify doesn't sync up now my phone and fitbit doesn't sync up frustrated. Returning this watch will be my next move.

@Leonidas1987, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not syncing with Spotify and i Strava. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

If you haven't returned your device, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do son your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, set up your watch from scratch, them install the Spotify app and see if it syncs with your watch as well as Strava.
