I recently switched from an iphone to a google pixel. My fitbit was synced and working fine for the first few days but now it is unpaired and I cannot get it to pair with my phone.
So far I have:
- Quit the fitbit app and restarted.
- Ensured my bluetooth was on. Turned if off and back on again.
- Restarted my phone
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- Unpaired it from my iphone, so this is the only device it should be paired with
- Unpaired my pixel from other bluetooth products.
- Ensured my phone is up to date
- Ensured my tracker is up to date by syncing it with my iphone and updating it.
I have made sure to follow all syncing steps, including charging my versa while trying to pair it, being close to the versa while trying to pair it. The versa shows up on my phone's list of possible bluetooth devices, so it recognizes it, but it just will not pair in any way. I also tried to repair my versa with my iphone, which worked no problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
