Versa 2 not syncing with my phone (OnePlus 6T)

@aryakadam, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I'm afraid that the OnePlus 6T is not added in the supported devices list. This may be the reason why your watch is not syncing with your phone.

 

I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes our request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

 

In the meantime, I'd like to share this help article, under the subject "Fitbit Connect", which explains an alternative way to set up and sync your Versa 2 with a computer.

I purchased the Versa 2 in December 2019. I have a OneNote 6t and I had no problem Syncing the versa 2 to my phone. It worked till March 3 and now it will not sync. Can you tell me way its not syncing now?
