Since yesterday, I cannot get my versa2 to sync to the app. I've turned Bluetooth off and back on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried force stopping the app, nothing has worked. App is up to date, android version is current. What am I missing?

Thanks for the details about the syncing difficulty and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting here. You can try the troubleshooting tips listed on this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. In case that your Versa 2 is still not syncing, you can try to set it up like a new device as instructed here.

This did not work. I removed the device, and now it just says there is no device to connect to. I'm really frustrated at this point
Same. Removed the device after some other troubleshooting with the online chat advice, and now nada. Device no longer available for connection. FitBit offered me a discount on a new FitBit to replace the Versa 2 (which was a replacement for the Versa) but now I'm worried that the Versa 2 has too many problems if there are others also having issues with Versa 2 ...
