Versa 2 won't display messages

I have just upgraded to Versa 2 and can't open messages on it. 

All.permissiins turned on and forums checked. 

Samaung galaxy  s10 running latest os version. Notifies you but when you press Open it.loops to.home screen again. 

Have tried everything listed online and can't fix. 

Help...

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Versa 2. 

 

Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if you're able to see the message on your phone but you don't see the preview on the watch or what exactly happens on your watch when you try to see the message. In the meantime, please make sure that you've tried to complete the restart procedure following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 

 

You can also find some extra steps to resolve problems with notifications in this article.

HI there, 

message display fine on phone. Notification also displays on Versa 2 but when you tap the "OPEN" button it just loops back to the main menu without displaying it. Seems a lot of comments on various forums about this being an issue.

Does the phone need to have message preview turned on for it to work properly ? This would be a pain as I dont have preview turned on for my phone just the notification and then I open the phone to see the message for privacy.

 

Everything else has been set up correctly and checked, with all permissions turned on, even those I didnt really want as it said this may also fix the issue.

 

Look forward to your further advices.
