Versa 2 won’t wake up

Even fully charged, it works for about 30 minutes, then it shuts down nothing works, won’t sync with my phone, I’ve held the button for 30 seconds to reset to no avail.  I have to put it back in the charger (even though it 100%) to get anything to work on it.  It’ll work for a day (if that) and then it process starts again.  Very frustrating!

After I went swimming my versa lite stopped working and I thought it was dead so a day or two later when I had access to the charger I tried to charge it but it wasn't charging and that was like 2-3 months ago.

I left it as a topic and it was never responded too by a fitbit moderator and I never got help with the issue.
