Less than 24 hours and it no longer syncs to anything. I have a Galaxy 10s+ so not an Apple IOS issue. I logged into everything Alexa / Amazon on my phone - cleared cache and restarted. What is going on?

Hi @MommyRoy it seems that certain Samsung users are more affected after the newest Firmware update with this problem. Since you're stating that there is no syncing anymore since 24 hours, try the following (alas that means a Factory Reset):
1. Unpair and delete your Versa form the Fitbit app.
2. Deinstall the Firbit app from your mobile device.
3. Go to you Versa and enter the settings and go to device info and scroll down to "Factory Resetting" and press that. Your Versa 2 will be brought back to the Factory settings and as such being a new device and you will need to setup your Versa 2 all over again.
4. Go to your mobile device and reinstall Fitbit app and login.
5. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC.
6. Go back to your mobile device, enter the Fitbit app and press add a new device and choose Versa 2
7. Fitbit will go searching for your device and when found, it shows a 4 digit number on your Versa's display and enter that in the Fitbit app.
8. When connection is established, press next and, I advice you, to set up your WiFi settings cause that installs much more faster than via BT.
9. Follow further instructions on your mobile device's screen and the Versa 2 will be installed as a new device and will sync again with your mobile device.

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same with my fitbit versa 2, I have tried all the trouble shooting eg, reset device, reset phone, turn off blue to etc, and my fitbit just will not sync to my phone I have the galaxy s9, its ralt frustrating. Please help me!

Same issues here.. tried all trouble shooting 2x it will work temporarily.. then reverts to same issue
