I woke up Thursday morning and my versa was black. I put it on the charger and had the logo that said: down load the Fitbit app. Since then I spend hours to reset, delete the app, turn blue tooth on and off, writing to fit bit support team and spend more hours trying to update. Nothing is working!!! It always come back saying: finish set up and it needs an update, which doesn’t work when I try it. Who had the same problem and solved it? I am at my wits end!
