I received a fitbit versa 2 and it seems to have an issue with syncing. It doesn't continuously sync which means I don't receive messages on my fitbit or even phone calls. I have to re enter my Amazon info and Spotify doesn't work at all. I got it as a gift and I'm seriously stumped. The all day sync is on and I still have to go in and manually sync it before I receive messages. Please help.

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Hi I have a Huawei P30 just the P30 not a pro. I went through all the troubleshooting info. I was able to get the messages and phone calls to work on the fitbit but it stopped again. Thank jyou for your help I hope something can be figured out

@Monc2_, I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for providing the details requested and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Since your Versa 2 is still unable to receive notifications, please try the steps described in this help page in order to fix this issue. Finally, monitor the notifications feature and see if the issue gets fixed.

second day with a fitbit versa 2. Stopped synching this morning. Using LG Stylo 3 + bluetooth shows versa 2 paired with phone. Any ideas?
