Versa 2 won't sync

Wonder if anyone can help? I have the Samsung Galaxy S9 plus. Version 9. I have spoke on the Fitbit chat and they have advised they are having issues with that version of phone and the Fitbit syncing. I have only had this watch for 3 weeks, been working perfectly fine until Monday. Quite irritating. Can someone else help please?

I understand how are you feeling. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
