I upgraded my iphone iOS to 14.0.1 last night. Now my Versa 2 will not sync or be recognized by my phone. I deleted the app, then reinstalled. I also turned my phone and versa 2 off and back on. So, I then did a factory reset on the Versa 2. Now, when it turns on, it comes to the fitbit logo on the screen and it says "to start, download the fitbit app" that scrolls through several different languages. The app does not find the Versa 2 at all. Ive tried other things from the community forums, and nothing. Any will be appreciated!

Hello @bryan.nelson.t, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS phone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Its my fitbit itself. In trying to troubleshoot why it was not syncing to the app, I did a "factory reset" on my Versa 2. The Versa 2 now will only show the fitbit logon logo and it says "to start, download the fitbit app" that scrolls through several different languages. Ive tried to turn off and back on. However, it will not get past this screen. Any suggestions? I can take a picture and send if you need.
