I've seen several posts regarding the screen being black on the Versa. Mine suddenly went black 2day while on my wrist today. I have tried all the resets that ppl have posted and still no luck coming back on..Any other suggestions?

Hi JuanJo,
I have been experiencing this same issue with my Fitbit Versa. I noticed that the screen started pixelating, so I took it off to charge, and realized that the back green light was turning red... And suddenly it went pitch black.
I've tried charging it, restarting it, etc and nothing works.
Do you have customer service in Chile?
