Please help!
Getting very frustrated here, have spent too many hours since yesterday trying to re sync but to no avail, I have followed every instruction for my android phone but still nothing! Going to lose my data from today, haven't been able to check on my sleep pattern and oxygen for last night which I'm studying post covid, please help!! All thats happening is my blood pressure is rising 😦

Hello, thank you for your reply, yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the play store yesterday, I had a sync at 7.09am today and nothing since again, no sleep details showing and I keep refreshing to try to sync but I get a red exclamation mark!
I followed all the instructions specified

It's still not syncing, I don't know what else to do?
There's obviously still a problem even though it was supposedly resolved 2 days ago, I have just bought another new Versa for my daughter's 30th birthday present, wish i hadn't bothered quite frankly!
